The Associate Recruiting Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Associate Recruiting team in various aspects of associate recruitment, particularly focusing on the summer program and law school hiring in the Washington D.C. office. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, coordinating recruitment logistics, and representing the firm at events such as career fairs.
The coordinator will work closely with the Recruiting Committee to enhance the firm’s visibility and develop relationships with career services and student organizations. Additionally, the role involves managing summer program logistics, preparing recruitment statistics, and completing special projects as needed.
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, along with proficiency in PC applications and applicant tracking systems. A high school diploma and preferably a Bachelor’s degree, alongside at least three years of professional recruiting experience, are required. The position offers a flexible work schedule, competitive salary ranging from $72,000 to $82,000, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
